Sheila and Dulce have both been cooking since they were three years-old and their passion, joy, and skills only grow stronger as the years go by. Sheila was an Executive Chef at Rigonella in Italy where she worked until she met Dulce and they decided to open their own restaurant.
Sheila and Dulce opened their own restaurant in Rome called BARRA where they worked together every day for multiple years. As well as owning their own restaurant, Sheila and Dulce began teaching professional cooking classes throughout Italy.
